Now replace you BlueSoleil bluetooth software or any other with widcomm..
I try many applications using bluetooth software like wwigo, Brc, GnuBox, mobiola etc but i found a problem to run these softwares with BlueSoleil software.while these applications work perfectly with Widdcomm software..
So here is the step by step procedure which may Guide you to connect your bluetooth device with widcomm software.
Step 1:
First of all you need to know what is your device VID/PID. This is the four digits code.
To know your device VID and PID go to start menu>Run> type "dxdiag". Now in "others" tab click on "More Help" and then click on "MSInfo..."
In System Information box, expand the "Components" tab. And at the end click on USB. Here you find your bluetooth device.
you will see your device VID/PID as.
USB/VID_???? & PID_????.
Note these 4, 4 digits code.
Step 2:
Now download your widcomm drivers from here.
http://files.myopera.com/ntvirus3/files/Widcomm.Bluetooth.Software.Drivers.v5.0.1.1400.rar

Step 2: After downloading, extract them, and run setup. During installation it may ask you to connect your bluetooth device. Just cancel it and continuous instalation and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Step 3: Now again Go to the folder where you extract your software and where you find the folder named as "Win32" in this folder you find the file named as "btwusb.ini" right click and edit this file and there you put your VID/PID code like:
ExcludeFromSelect=USB\VID_????&PID_????
And also replace your devide vid/pid below in all required field.
Step 4: Now save these changes and then Go to device manager> Bluetooth Devices and right click on YOur "Bluetooth Radios" icons and click on "update drivers".
Note:- If "Bluetooth Radios" is not present then it might be the name called as "Bluetooth usb".
Now give the patch where you edit your "btwusb.inf" and it install your device drivers.
Now the Bluetooth icons in the task bar which is red now turns into Blue. And you have done your Job.
Enjoy....
